Established in 2016 in Henstridge, Somerset, Current and Classics specialises in the sale of new and used car parts primarily for BMW and Land Rover.

We buy cars that have reached the end of their lives in terms of being a complete vehicle and carefully dismantle the vehicles in our workshop.

All components are then tested. Those which have ended their working lives are recycled whilst those which still have a working life are cleaned and catalogued ready for sale and reuse.

All our used components carry a minimum 3-month warranty, with any reconditioned parts coming with a 12 month warranty.

We can ship parts globally or they are available for collection from our workshop in Somerset.

Current and Classics is located next door to its parent company, J Day Engineering.

J Day Engineering was established 1999 and is one of the UK’s leading and most respected auto-repair specialists and winner of the Motor Trade Industry Award for Best Independent Garage three times in a row 2022-2024.

In January 2024, Current and Classics moved into a new unit next door to its original facility of a former WW11 aircraft hangar. At the start of 2025, Current and Classics expanded into a bespoke brand new unit as it implemented a cutting edge stock management and retail system.

Our extensive inventory features over 10,000 components, ensuring a comprehensive selection for every need. We provide high-quality new parts, including genuine and OEM options, and as authorized distributors of Liqui Moly, we offer a broad range of lubricants, treatments, and car care products designed to keep vehicles performing at their best.
